Disappearing tickets

Postby paulcreedy on Mon Jun 02, 2008 2:56 pm

I placed a ticket request via the hub

Received an autoresponse, ticket 1534393

Logging back into hub tells me there are NO tickets outstanding.

Hmm! Where's that ticket gone because I haven't received a reply for it.

I logged back in to actually cancel the ticket because I've resolved the problem however I'm concerned about this ticket which has vanished.

iWeb wheres the ticket gone as it's not in my hub?

Well, I've had a reply to the ticket now which is good, but I couldn't find it in the hub. If I could then I would have cancelled it and saved the chap a bit of time.

Either I'm missing something and don't know how to use the ticket system correctly, or there's an IT issue somewhere with the ticket system.

On the plus side even though I'm in the UK and thus in a different time zone to iweb, I did receive a relatively prompt answer.

Hi,

This is a problem that has been looked into by our development department.

If this issue occurs to you, could you please send me a private message with the ticket number so I can provide them with these extra details ?

I would also need the procedure you went through to submit your ticket. (Through Technical support, new request or through your product and new request?)

Thanks.

Yes, we have to fight with iweb's ticketing system to re-open/read/update ticket...

They announced upgrade but we never hear back . . . I would like to hear any ETA about that...
